In the past, there have always been two major obstacles when it comes to preparing reports that are both “formal” and “insightful.” Creating a formal report required the use of reporting tools that took a degree in data science to understand and operate. At the same time, putting together an insightful report meant being able to pull out data that the systems of record MIGHT contain, but that couldn’t easily be correlated to actually populate said report.
