Dr. McGregor will share how he has enabled GIAA to develop and embed innovation into the organization, including his three-step approach to successful innovation built on his experience as a mechanical engineer working in the automotive and advanced material sectors. He’ll also cover how these reports are subsequently analyzed using artificial intelligence to deliver insights for sharing across the UK government.

Dr. Iain McGregor
Dr. Iain McGregor is the Director of Innovation and Development at the UK Government Internal Audit Agency. He worked at the Knowledge Transfer Network, Tata Steel, Lotus Engineering, ABB Rail Vehicles, and Alcan International. He studied aeronautical engineering at Glasgow University and obtained a Ph.D. in advanced materials working with Westland Helicopters.
Lloyd Norman
Lloyd Norman is the Vice President of Strategic Solutions at ProSymmetry. Prior to joining ProSymmetry, Lloyd directed the Resource Management Office at a top 50 financial institution, where he spearheaded an enterprise resource planning ecosystem that continuously aligned strategic projects, agile initiatives, and operational work with vital delivery and governance resources.
Lloyd has over 30 years of experience delivering value in RMO & PMO leadership roles, as a managing partner in a technology professional services firm, and as a consultant with IBM.
