Prior to joining ProSymmetry, Lloyd worked at a top 50 financial institution where he was responsible for all aspects of project delivery and where he architected an enterprise capacity planning ecosystem that continuously optimized the alignment of projects and epics with delivery teams and shared services personnel.

Lloyd has over 30 years of experience delivering value in PMO leadership roles, as a managing partner in a technology professional services firm, and as a consultant with IBM.  Lloyd is an entrepreneurial leader who has consulted globally with clients representing a variety of industries including banking, aerospace, health care, DOD, insurance, manufacturing, oil and gas, and technology. Lloyd has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Oklahoma and has SPC, LPM, SA, CSM, and PMP certifications.
