Abstract:
At LONZA we were struggling with achieving and maintaining sufficient PPM data quality in the past. Consequently, it was difficult for executives to use the data as a robust source for decision making. So what did it take to make PPM work? This presentation will outline how we at LONZA significantly increased data quality and regained trust in planning data by combining Tempus Resource with a newly developed PPM reporting, aiming on improved usage of the system.

Abstract:
At Helvetia PPM data quality and transparency has been a huge challenge in the past. This presentation will outline our journey with Tempus Resource, our chosen integration path, and the lessons we learned along the way. Within the last 2 years we have been able to drastically increase the transparency over the portfolio but are still struggling with some data quality issues. How we cope with these issues right now and what our next steps for integration are will be shown in this presentation.

This joint presentation is delivered by Deloitte’s head of IT PPM Elmar Lotz and VALKEEN’s Head of Consulting, Marc Neckermann. Together they will share insights, success factors as well as realized and measurable benefits on Deloitte’s IT journey transforming their PPM to an advanced Resource Portfolio Management (RPM) unit which now serves as role model for all further global Deloitte divisions.
