Annual Project Assignments: You can now assign resources to projects on an annual basis, simplifying long-term planning and helping you visualize the broader scope of your projects and resource commitments.
Enhanced Project and Resource Sheets: We’ve upgraded the functionality of Project and Resource Sheets to include creating views and attaching files directly within Tempus, including Timesheets. You can also preview PDFs and image files before opening them to streamline workflow within the platform.
Better Visibility: Within the Project Gantt view, you’ll now have access to Group By and View options. This functionality allows you to organize your project and resource data quickly and efficiently.
User Interface and Accessibility Improvements: Version 9.1 includes updates to make the user interface more accessible and easier to navigate. By improving readability and usability for all users, we strive to provide a comfortable and productive experience across the platform.
Notification for Overcapacity Assignments: Tempus now alerts you when an assignment exceeds a resource’s capacity. This new functionality means you can make immediate adjustments to proactively manage resource overallocation.
Insight+ Enhancements: Integrating project financials and timesheet data into Insight+ gives you a more comprehensive overview of your project’s performance.Use up-to-date financial and allocation insights to make more strategic decisions.
Miscellaneous Updates
Alongside major enhancements, version 9.1 includes updates aimed at refining the Tempus experience:
- The ability to disable selection values to keep your views clean and relevant.
