How to get employee buy-in when you implement time tracking

Making changes to your company culture can be a challenge. If you want to be met with the least resistance, the best strategy is to show people why this change is actually for their benefit. Assume that everyone — from employees to management to leadership — is going to be asking: “What’s in it for me?” If you’ve made the decision to implement time tracking, here are a few ways to get your team members on board with the change.

Create a shared vision
